Molded Products: Precision, Repeatability, Industrial Scale

Pirinplast is not “a product”. It is production. And in production, molding is the point where an idea becomes an object with precision. With injection molding and blow molding, we create products that must be functional, durable, and repeatable: meaning they come out identical in every cycle, with consistent quality, at industrial scale.

What We Produce (Indicative, Not Exhaustive)

In our range you will find solutions for household use, agricultural applications, storage and transport, as well as technical/industrial products.

From simple everyday items to components that go into real processes – production, packing, handling.

The common thread is one: they are designed to work, not to “look good”.

We produce a wide range of molded products: plant pots and garden items, buckets and basins, containers and lids, tubes/cylindrical parts, trays and bases, technical plastic parts, storage and organization solutions, as well as special-purpose products developed to order.

If you need something specific, the point is not “whether it’s on the website”.

The point is whether it can be produced correctly, consistently, and economically at your volume.

Injection Molding (Plastic Injection)

Injection molding is the classic method for products with detail, consistent dimensions, and high repeatability.

The process: The polymer is heated until it becomes fluid → injected into a specially designed mold → after cooling, the part takes the exact shape and dimensions that have been defined.

This enables production with consistency, speed, and excellent cost-per-unit ratio when dealing with truly commercial quantities.

→ For the customer: consistent product, reduced rejects, predictable supply.

Blow Molding

Blow molding is the technology for hollow objects: containers, bottles, jerry cans, and similar parts.

Ideal for: low weight with good strength • functional shape • wall stability • reliability in use

Pirinplast can support such production with the same approach it applies to every B2B project:

→ Clear usage specifications • Quality control • Consistent production quality

Materials, Colors, and Usage

We work with basic polymers that are widely used in industry (PP, PE, and others depending on application).

Material selection is determined by what the product will do in practice:

Will it be loaded? Washed? Left outdoors? Come into contact with food? Work in a closed logistics cycle?

This is where the conversation becomes useful: not “nice plastic”, but “the right plastic for the usage scenario”.

Custom Development and Tooling

If you need a custom product, we treat it as a project. We start from usage and requirements, not from wishes.

You can send us:

Drawing • 3D • Sample • Functional description – and we return with practical feedback (DFM logic).

Goal: the final product comes out consistently – so it integrates into your supply chain without surprises.
